Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds may apply for HazPay transactions such as data, airtime, and wallet funding.

HazPay transactions may include digital goods (such as data and airtime) and wallet funding. Refund eligibility depends on the transaction type and whether the service has been delivered.

1) Digital goods (data/airtime)

  • If data or airtime is successfully delivered to the intended destination, it may not be refundable because it is a digital service that cannot be returned.
  • If delivery fails or the transaction is reversed by the provider, we will work to resolve the issue. Where applicable, this may include a refund to your HazPay wallet.
  • Always verify the recipient details and purchase details before confirming a transaction.

2) Failed transactions

If you are charged but the transaction does not complete, you may be eligible for a reversal or refund depending on provider confirmation and reconciliation.

  • We may require transaction references to investigate.
  • Resolution timing can vary based on payment providers and network operators.

3) Wallet funding refunds

  • Wallet funding may be refundable only where permitted by law and where funds are not already spent, transferred, or applied to repayments.
  • If you have an outstanding data loan, funding may trigger automatic repayment as disclosed in the app and Terms.
