By accessing or using ZinChat, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1) Eligibility and accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must comply with applicable laws where you use ZinChat.

2) ZinChat usage rules

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
• Share content that violates laws or third-party rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service.

3) HazPay financial terms (optional)

HazPay is an optional set of features inside ZinChat that may include wallet funding, data and airtime purchases, rewards, referrals, and data loans. Availability may vary by region.

• Digital goods: Data and airtime purchases are delivered as digital services and may not be reversible once delivered.
• Wallet: You are responsible for verifying amounts before funding or spending.
• Fees: Any applicable fees will be shown in the app before you confirm a transaction.

4) Data loans (0% interest) and auto-repayment

Where available, HazPay may offer a data loan (for example, 1GB) at 0% interest. Eligibility is determined by criteria shown in the app before you accept a loan.

• The loan is intended for data access and is not a traditional banking product.
• Auto-repayment disclosure: If you have an outstanding data loan, repayment may occur automatically when you fund your wallet or when other repayment events described in the app occur.
• You will be shown your outstanding balance and repayment status in the app.

5) Rewards and referrals

• Rewards may require completing specific actions (e.g., optional rewarded ads, referrals).
• We may limit, delay, or revoke rewards if we detect abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
• Referral benefits may be milestone-based and subject to eligibility rules displayed in the app.

6) Agent and ambassador programs

• Participation may require application, review, invitation, and approval.
• Discounts, commissions, and eligibility rules are displayed in-app and may change over time.
• Program access may be suspended or removed if rules are violated.

7) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, violations of these Terms, or risk to users and the service.

8) Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• ZinChat is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZinChat Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
